Dear bread friends,

Throughout 2022 I’ve been working on a bread cookbook project, my second book:

Such Good Bread

Today is the day that I can finally share my Kickstarter cookbook project with you!

Low key recipes, simple ways of doing things, everyday language, and no compromises on taste! 

All year, I’ve been making bread, photographing bread, eating bread, tweaking bread recipes all for this special project. It’s been a lot of fun!

Imagine you’re sitting in my kitchen with me drinking a cup of tea, making a loaf of bread together.

That’s my inspiration for everything inside Such Good Bread.

I’m working with a small Berlin-based team (the land of amazing bread and place I used to call home) to put together this book and we need your help to make the project a reality.

Perhaps you’re wondering: what about Benny and Sammy (my cat and dog), will they be in the book too? They absoloutely will! They’re always there whenever I’m making bread, keeping me company, sometimes even taste testing. So naturally, they’re always turning up amongst all my photos of bread.

And you’ve probably heard me talk about my first book: Live Laugh Loaf. Such Good Bread is the next step - a more traditional style cookbook full of photos, with brand new recipes, new background information on how sourdough works and troubleshooting tips based on your feedback and questions, and a few updated versions of favourites from Live Laugh Loaf are inside too. 

I really can’t wait to share this book with you!
