Mary, I just made this loaf. I’ve been having bad luck recently with complicated recipes and this loaf was a breath of fresh air. So easy to manage and to work with, and the final product is great. For the first time in a while bread making felt calm and relaxing, not stressful. Thank you.

I’m sorry you’ve been going through this. I recently lost my mother in April… I haven’t baked since. Not because I don’t want to. I had to step back and adjust my sails. I’ve been spending a lot of time in the garden, trying to learn how to grow delicious tomatoes and basil, and I just pulled my start out last night… because I believe it’s time to bake some bread and find some healing. Thanks for your newsletter!

Thank you for the newsletter. I will start praying once again for you and your father. I forgot to keep in my list of daily prayers. Sorry. Thank you for the tips. I started my journey 2 years ago with sourdough. I am barely understanding it. You have taken the "mystery" from the process. So much information that I was so overwhelmed and insecure but never have given up. So thank you for the inspiration.
