I am excited about your book coming out. I wondering if there are recipes using fresh milled flours? That is the next part of my journey and I am having trouble figuring out the correct ratios.
Hi Sophie, my book has a fresh milled flour section inside! I had to include it because I've been having so much fun learning about baking with fresh milled flour since I got my Mockmill. I will say with fresh milled flour it's a little more trial and error I think depending on the particular flour you're using, but I hope my book will give you a good place to start <3
